Bheka round cotton yoga bolsters are hand stuffed in the US with dense cotton to give the ideal amount of firm, yet comfortable support. The outer cover is made with a durable 100% cotton canvas which can be removed for washing. The handy carrying strap on one end allows you to move the bolster with ease during practice. The bolster is 26″ long with a 9″ diameter and weighs approximately 6 pounds.
