The H2 unit can be mounted in any location (above the head, chest height or ankle height) to complete your rehab program.
Hammer Head Resistance Bands are premium dipped latex tubing. Three bands include: (1) red rated 5 to 8 lbs; (2) green rated 8 to 12 lbs; and (3) purple rated 25 to 40 lbs. These weights give you key training options. The Hammer Head Suspension Strap is designed to be used with the Anchor Gym. It is made of 3,000 pound test polypropylene webbing. Both bands and strap come with six-inch wide comfort handles.
