Our zafu is a round traditional meditation cushion with pleated sides. The cover is made of cotton twill fabric. The zafu is stuffed with buckwheat hulls and is adjustable with zipper opening. All our zafus are double-stitched for extra strength and come with a carrying handle. Each zafu is approximately 14″ in diameter and 7″ in height and and weight 7 lbs. The zabuton is filled with natural kapok. The kapok is packed to provide solid support, and yet is soft and comfort. The outer cover is made of cotton twill fabric and has a zipper along one length so that it can be easily removed and washed. Inside the cover, the kapok is enclosed in a casing. Each zabuton is approximately 30″ long by 28″ wide and may fits people up to 5′ 10″ tall.
