The Hammer Head Anchor Gym PLUS is a four-component modular system that can be configured for multiple users. In its basic configuration of a vertical stack, the PLUS is designed for one or two users comfortably. By mounting each of the four H2 components in separate locations, the PLUS can accommodate up to three users exercising simultaneously! By adding a fourth H2 unit mounted at waist height, the PLUS allows great anchoring angles when performing exercises using stability balls and large loop bands. No other piece of gym equipment offers the versatility, effectiveness and value of the Hammer Head Anchor Gym resistance band station (RBS) system. Resistance bands NOT included.
