The meditation support cushion is designed to tip your zafu a bit forward or to be placed under a knee or ankle. The outer cover is made of cotton twill fabric. Each support cushion is 14″ long by 14″ wide and is stuffed with natural kapok batting.
This cushion is used for support and additional height. It is often come with zafu/zabuton set but it is not a zabuton
